A £25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
The deposit will be deducted from the remaining balance.
Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
There is a 15-minute grace period.
After 15 minutes, a £10 late fee applies for every additional 10 minutes.
Arrivals more than 45 minutes late may result in cancellation.
No-shows may be charged the remaining balance of the service.
One reschedule is permitted per deposit.
Rescheduling must be within the same month as the original appointment.
At least 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
PRIORITY
ALL WIGS MUST BE DROPPED OFF AT LEAST 4 DAYS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT.
Wigs not received within this timeframe may affect or require rescheduling of the appointment.
Clients should ensure their wig is clearly labelled when dropping it off.
Hair must arrive fully detangled unless the booked service includes preparation.
Previous styles must be removed before the appointment.
Additional preparation or detangling may incur an extra £25 fee.
Appointments outside standard business hours may carry an additional fee.
Bank holiday appointments carry an additional £20 fee.
Sunday/emergency appointments may carry a £25 premium fee.
Clients booking a home service must provide their full address after booking.
Suitable parking must be available.
Home services within South London carry a £50 travel fee.
Locations outside South London may incur an additional travel charge depending on location.
