Yes. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been successfully paid. The remaining balance is due in accordance with the Mimi’s Beauty House booking policy.

We provide a 15-minute grace period. After this, a £10 late fee applies for every additional 10 minutes. Arrivals more than 45 minutes late may result in the appointment being automatically cancelled.

No-shows may be charged the full remaining balance of the appointment in accordance with the Mimi’s Beauty House booking policy.

All wigs must be dropped off at least 4 days before your appointment to allow enough time for preparation.

Yes. You are welcome to bring reference or inspiration pictures to your appointment so we can better understand the look you would like to achieve.
